Appointments at Vaisala Oyj's management
Finance Director Olli Karikorpi is moving on outside Vaisala. Mr.
Tapio Engström has been appointed Finance Director and Member of
Management Group as of August 1, 2002. He has previously been Finance
Manager at Vaisala Inc. in the USA.
Mr. Erkki Järvinen has been appointed Director of Upper Air Division
and Member of Management Group as of September 1, 2002. He has
previously been Business Unit Manager of Upper Air Division. Jan
Hörhammer, who previously functioned as the Director of Upper Air
Division, was appointed Director of Weather Observation Systems Sales
and Marketing.
